Research On Freedom Of Migration

As a basic human rights,freedom of migration has been knowledged by the constitutions and laws in many countries as well as international human rights treaties widely.And at the same time,it has been increasingly concerned by the development of the market economy and the construction of political democracy in China. Especially based on the migration in our country,my aim in this article is to summarize the realistic situation,forecast the future devolopment and call on the appropriate legislation of migration.The article consists of four parts:Chapter one mainly defines the concept and quality of migration and freedom of migration.The next part penetrates into analysis the core contents about freedom of movement,the equality in status and balance between interests.Chapter three focus on the function to move,so as to make the precondition for chapter four's legislative construction on theories and facts.This basic fight not only contributes to the reasonable population migration of society,and also promotes the positive development of the culture,politics and economy.In a word,it can make the liberal migration really feasible in China.
