Studies On The Supervising Mechanism Of The Revolutionary Base

A country's surveillance to the political power may manifest the political power controlling ability of the country. After Soviet Republic of China established, for the consolidation of newborn revolutionary political power, Communist Party of China profits from the victory experience of Russian October Revolution, and carried on fruitful political power construction, established the revolutionary base political power supervising mechanism immediately by mobilizing and organizing the people positively. Although the supervising mechanism is not perfect, the political program and some Law Provisions still manifested evident historical and democratic characteristic.
