An Tentative Study Of The Command System In Solving Hostage Crisis In China

As the hostage crisis become more and more in our domestic events, how to successfully solve the hostage crisis and rescue the hostages is a problem which should be taken serious consideration by experts, scholars and law enforcement authorities. This article attempts to explain how to solve our hostage crisis effectively in the view of its command system.The command system of hostage crisis solution is the organizing institutions concerning its internal organization, functional disposal and mutual relations, that is a collective summary of the organization system, departments setting, functional disposal, relationship establishment, regulations and laws with regard to the command system.On reference of many researches in this field both domestic and abroad, this article illustrates the theories concerning crisis and hostage crisis, crisis management and hostage crisis management, institutions research of crisis management and the command system of hostage crisis solution.
