Various types of social organizations which support charitable organizations are founded countnuously. Good cooperation and partnership between charitable organizations and governments has become dramatic social landscape. However, the charitable organizations is still confronted with various problems in the development process.In this thesis, the author inspecte the operating of charitable organizations in Changshu, Analysis the social environment of development, the constraints from legal policy, government, media, and the deficiencies from charitable fund and human resources. We must establish a good relationship between charitable organizations and government, create a good public opinion environment for zhe healithy development charitable organizations. Only in this way, the charitable organizations can play a greater role in society.
