Research On The Building Of Leader's Style Of Work

The building of leader's style of work is the most important section of the building of the Party's style of work.The research on this subject is theoretically and practically significant.It ensures our Party's doing all the jobs well in the new situation.The author proofed the importance of the building of leader's style adequately,on the base of it, analyzed the problems in the leader's style and the reasons for them;quested and researched the contents and the approaches of the building of leader's style further,and finally emphasized the validity of the approaches of the building of leader's style.There are four parts in this thesis:Partâ… the Importance of Reinforcing the Building of the Leader's StyleIn this part,the author elaborated the importance of reinforcing to build the leader's style:the building of leader's style which is the major section of the building of the Party's style,has respect to the relation between the Party and the masses;it ensures our Party's doing all the jobs well in the new situation.This is the beginning point of this thesis.Partâ…¡the Major Problems in Leader's Style and the ReasonsThe major problems in leader's style include the following four aspects for them: the style of ideology separating from practice,with subjectivism of style of study, with bureaucracy of style of leadership,with corruption and decadence of style of life. The author discussed the main reasons of the major problems on leader's style, including five elements concerned:leader-self,education,environment,system, administering and supervising.This is the difficult point of this thesis.Partâ…¢the Main Contents of Reinforcing the Building of the Leader's StyleIn this part,the author suggested that the contents of reinforcing the building of the leader's style includes building the style of ideology,study,leadership and the style of leader's life.This section is the most important part of this thesis. Partâ…£the Approaches of Reinforcing the Building of Leader's StyleIn this part,the author discussed approaches to reinforce the building of leader's style.These approaches include six aspects:we should be directed by scientific theory; strengthen education and develop the fundamental function of education;intensify system of the selection,management,examination,develop the safeguard function of system;increase supervises and develop the key function of supervises,the leaders should connect self-discipline with law;the contents of the building of the leader's style should be kept up with the times and be advanced constantly.This part is not only the ending point,but also the creative point of the thesis.
