The Research Of The Working Style Of The Leader And The Building Of The Harmonious Society

The working style of the leader has a direct bearing on the image of the CPC, on the cohesion of the people and on the rise or fall of the nation. So the working style of the leader is directly related to the implementation of the major strategic task of building the harmonious society of socialism. Overall, the working attitude of the leader is positive, but because of the adverse impact of reform and opening-up policy and market economy, some cadres do not work very well for the people and make some errors, which may show a bad image of the CPC and government, affect the interests of the public and the social stability. As china is in a transitional period, we face so many imbalances and difficulties. The study of relation between the working style of the leader and the establishment of harmonious society has significant theoretical value and importance practical meaning.This essay focuses on how to improve the working style of the lead during the building of the harmonious society.
