Great changes have taken place since Marxism was set up in today'world . Especially with the end of cold war and continuous exacerbation of globalization′process, the new change has risen in the recognition on state questions. What is the state pole and function or the transformation of the relationship between state and society or the state development and future during the globalization? On the base of inspecting the relation between state and Citizen Society, he reveals the origin and essence of state .He thinks that there is no existence of state before. It was not only political form class ruled, but also a cool that balanced differential benefit of every social stratum.2.The theory of relation between state and Citizen Society. Marx elaborates correct relation and basic viewpoints between state and Citizen Society, passing through criticism of state view of Hegel .On the one hand he reverses the relation between state and Citizen Society that Hegel reversed, on the other hand he inherits and deepens the basic stipulation of Hegel on Citizen Society and then founds the theory of relation between state and Citizen Society for himself. It not only forms logical starting point of state theory of Marx but also a main clue that runs through state theory of Marx.3.The theory of state function and alienation. On the base of revealing the relation between state and Citizen Society , Marx analyses the function of state . In the opinion of Marx, state has double function of political rule and the administration of social public affairs, but in the reality of society the state function can be alienated.4.The theory of state and ideology. In the view of Marx, the ideology always emerges by the common face of entire members of society, and always acts as popular code of conduct and made of thinking. It reflects fundamental benefit for specific class and gives service to specific economic base.5.The theory of state perishes. Getting through political economy analysis on Citizen Society, in the future development of state Marx comes to a conclusion that state must be died out and state political power regresses to society, then describes it as"Combination of free people".
