Research On The Crime Of Counterfeit Currency During The Song Dynasty

The crime of counterfeit currency was forbidden during the Song dynasty. The academia, neither external nor internal, had researched the crime deeply and systematically. There were two sorts of Song dynasty currency——coin and note. Coin was the more important sort of currency. Therefore, the thesis analyzes the problem about the crime of counterfeit coin. First , the thesis will introduce the context of the crime, analyze the characters of the crime. Then, the thesis will comb the legislation about preventing and punishing the crime. Finally, the author will conclude the enlightenment from the history.
