Currency,as a symbol of value and commodity exchange,is generated when human go into civil society and commodity society.But when the currency appeared,also brought counterfeit currency behavior.This behavior against China's monetary management system,affecting the currency of the credit and currency stability,damage to the people's economic interests,is generally considered as a serious criminal behavior.So most countries and regions have incorporated this behavior into Criminal Law.The purpose of this paper is "present situation,causes and countermeasures of counterfeiting currency crime".Through the analysis of present situation and causes of the crime of counterfeit currency,then put forward the countermeasure against the crime of counterfeiting currency,hoping to prevent and reduce counterfeiting currency crime rates.First,it analyze present situation of counterfeit currency crime.At present,the Crime of Counterfeiting in our country have the new characteristics and trends: The number of large cases is increased;the crime area is relatively fixed;the form of criminal organization is group;the criminal means are intelligent and conceal;the currency of the counterfeit currency is diversified;Transnational organized international counterfeit currency crime;crime hazard results show expansion trend.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of the crime of forging money.The reasons for the high incidence of counterfeiting monetary crime are mainly due to the imbalance of social control mechanism,the weak supervision of government departments,the decision of monetary nature,the imperfect market economy system,the low interest and high yield,the weak legal system,the effective prevention and control system have not established.Thirdly,it analyzes the prevention and control measures to the crime of counterfeiting currency in foreign countries,which provides a reference for our country to prevent and control this crime.Through the analysis of the legislation and concrete practices in the prevention and control of counterfeiting currency crime in the countries and regions with more influential worlds such as the United States,the European Union and Japan.Combined with China's reality,we think these countries and regions have the main experience of counterfeiting monetary crime.Prevention and control of counterfeiting currency crime revelation: First,as soon as possible to improve the relevant legislation;the second is to set up counterfeit currency crime specialized agencies;third is to strengthen the intelligence information work.Finally,through the above analysis,the paper puts forward the prevention and control measures of counterfeit currency crime in our country.Including the improvement of the relevant legal system,standardize the economic system and financial order,build a comprehensive management system and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and other aspects of the content,aimed at building a perfect counterfeiting currency crime prevention and control system.
