| A series of the ecological issues such as environmental pollution and resource crisis have become the crucial problems which affecting global security. Ecological break in our country is also getting worse and worse, it has affected social and economical health on sustainable development, it also has become the important factor of the threatening the citizen's health of our country, so more and more people concern on it. With the development of the international ecological security legal system, our country wants to put ecological security into law system. But, from legal view, because there is a contradiction of intersection and blank between the Environmental Protection Law and the Natural Resource Law, it can not improve our country's ecological problem. Hence, the paper author suggests that our country should enact the Ecological Security Law, because it is urgent to realize the ecological security through legal guiding, predicting, evaluation and compulsive regulation function. And the enactment of the Ecological Security Law, the consummation of the Ecological Security Law System will benefit on people's health, elevation standard of living, the sustainable development of the economy and the construction of the harmonious society.This paper is consisted of the preface, main body and conclusion. The preface introduces the background of the title. The main body contains 4 chapters. The first chapter defines the conception of ecological security, and some related problems. The second chapter points out the problems of our country's ecological security, also thinks it is necessary to establish the Ecological Security Law. The third chapter mainly focuses on the research of the ecological security theory, especially some relevant theory of nature science, ethics and economics. The forth chapter puts forwards a consideration of consummating Ecological Security Law System. Finally, the conclusion expounds the importance of the Ecological Security Law again.
