The Study, Based On Ecological Security Of The Urban Economy, Social Development Model

As the rapid development of economy and society in the world, the situation of ecological security has become more and more severe. The problem on ecological security is concerned with whether the continuous development of economy and society can realize or not, the regional stability and international safety too, so ecological security has become the primary measurement of the continuous development. Now, the research on ecological security is becoming more and more, and the range is becoming wider and in-depth. Based on the progress in ecological security researching of home and abroad, this paper discusses the relationship of between the ecological security and the development of economy and society from two parts, which one is the theoretic research , the other is practical application in xi'an city.Firstly, the article analyzes and concludes the basic theory of ecological security including conception model, and appraisement system and warning of ecological security. The key to appraisement is the establishing of conception model. In this paper, ecological security is defined that the natural ecosystem could sustain the reasonable development in the society and economy on condition of healthy structure and function in the certain period and range, and establishes the CES (City Ecological Security) conception model based on the Ecological Footprint, then the general frame of ecological security researching is clear and perfect.Secondly, as the theoretic base, the present ecological security of xi'an city is analyzed. By the calculating, it is pessimistic for the continuous development of economy and society in xi'an city, the ecological security of xi'an city suffers more and more critical threaten because of pollution of circumstances, waste and shortage of resources, explosion of population and etc, so the conception of establishing theecological xi'an was brought forward in time.Lastly, the frame model of ecological xi'an is established. These years, the government and people are on to the present situation of ecological security in xi'an city, and have taken many measures, but the coming true of ecological xi'an need time, each of us must exert myself to finish this dream, and realize the continuous development of economy and society in xi'an city.
