On Problems And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Ideological And Moral Diathesis

"Agriculture, Countryside, Farmer" issues are always significant in academic and realistic aspects with our country' social and economical development .The core issue is "Fanner" , and the center of which is the comprehensive enhancement of ideological and moral diathesis as well as the scientific cultural quality .The fifth plenary session of the sixteenth central committee and the first document in 2007 of our country are definitely pointing out to construct the socialism new countryside along with cultivate new peasant. The most important thing to cultivate new peasants is to transform the peasants' ideological and moral concept and to promote their ideological and moral diathesis.
