What is important for keeping the same pace with the world is to made our legal system environment and industrial policy compatible with the whole world's(especially with the western countries ),Broadcasting and TV industry is as the same .in recent years ,the industrial character of Broadcasting and TV industry has been recognized ,as an industry ,managing the operation with law is inherent request of broadcasting and TV industry's development .Legal system regulates the broadcasting and TV industry's property right ,the market relation ,interests relation and managing regulations ,which ensures the healthy development of broadcasting and TV industry.
