From Last century to today, non-profit organization has being developed at unprecedented scale all over the world. As a power to satisfy the social needs which the governments and enterprises cannot do, the NPO's status has become more and more important.China NPO has the fastest increasing pace, and also, the population of China is the largest one. Government officials and local leaders have found that this machine of NPO is a powerful weapon to meet social needs and establish the public spirit, which is a goal for Chinese to go after for centuries. As the political and economical reform going on, government control over society is changing from direct and micro aspect to distant and macro aspect. This trend forces NPO to face the masses and the society. China has become a member of WTO, which will require china to open her market to a large extent; this will accelerate the pace that China NPO enters the market, and more, the upgrading of the capacity to satisfy market demands.With the condition of updating market requirement, NPO is confront the problems that include betray of customers, customer number decreases, donation decline, this will encourage NPO to consider the market issues. Last 70's some NPO started to learn from the enterprises for their highly developed performance within the fury competitive circumstances. As the social current, this fashion will become more evident. The thoughts of promoting skill used by NPO were born in U.S. during 1969 to 1973, and then till late 70's. Some NPO began to use the market theories to establish the object of their organizations.With the development of social information net work, china NPO realizes the need to import the enterprise's marketing approaches to solve the problems they met, and to large their current market. However, because it's a little bit late for our organizations to utilize this theory, lack of practice, a systematical marketing theory for NPO is not enough. The marketing actions are superficial and lack of efficiency.This paper bases on the background discussed previously, see about the enterprises marketing theory and the practice of NPO oversea, analyze our NPO's real condition and marketing movement problem, and put forward the importance and meaning of establishing NPO marketing system.Finally, through a framework model to discuss our promoting system, and analyze the contents, which include customer center notion system, promoting analysis system, and backup system.
