The Current Ethnic Complexity Of The Problem Of Western China And Its Countermeasures

National issue is an old topic, and it is also an influential, great significant topic in politics of a large number of nation countries. National issue relates to national sovereign rights, territorial complete, political steady, frontier consolidation, economic development and other aspects, it shows prostrated nature, complexity, and importance etc.The article is composed of three parts:The first part starts with analyzing the complexity of national issue, and it discusses manifestation of complexity about the national issue in west of our country: National issue is interweaved with religious issue together, and historical issue is interweaved with realistic issue together, and international issue is interweaved with national issue together, and material issue is interweaved with spiritual issue together, and advanced traditional culture is interweaved with disadvanced producing and living form together ,and legal national religious activity is interweaved with illegal national religious activity together ,and political issue is interweaved with societal issue together, and the contradiction between the enemy and ourselves is interweaved with the contradiction inside the people .The second part analyses the reason of the complexity of national issue about the west :In economy, the reason that is economy among regions develops unbalance able and the national minority can't adapt the change of economic system very much, and the developing distance between national regions and coastal regions enlarges the estrangement which exists before and the national relationship is shocked by establishing socialism market economic system. In politics, the reason that is ill-considered national policies, unperfected national region self-control system, the effect and permeation of national and international hostile power. In culture, the reason that is the reverse effect of nationalism, the modernity of national traditional culture causes the complexity of nationalissue.The third part explores the tactics of solving the complexity about national issue of the west: we should correctly recognize and gasp national issue from the high degree of country developing, We should center on the economic development and improve the material, culture level of the west people should cultivate and use the national minority cadre group who have good nature and capacity, and strengthen the manage by legal to the religious activity, and properly deal with the religious contradiction, and insist on and consummate the system of national region self-control.This research has a certain theoretical and realistic significance in correctly analyzing and dealing with the west complex national issue and in directing the national practice.
