A Study On Reproductive Rights Of Women

Reproductive rights originated in Western countries, but in recent years with China's rapid economic development and the progress of democracy and the legal system, reproductive rights has been a topic of concern to more and more people, in essence, this is a common concern of humankind. It goes beyond the class system and the sense of the gap, which itself related to the survival of mankind. Female reproductive rights are being overlooked, although women play a very important role in this process. The author attempts to analyze the reproductive rights' perspective, discusses the value and protect of the women's reproductive rights. In this paper, a total of about 32,000 characters are divided into five sections, each part of primary cover ages are as follows:part I : an overview of reproductive rights. History reproductive behavior, including the human reproductive behavior experienced a natural birth stage, reproductive obligations stage, reproductive rights and reproductive freedom stage; then explanation on the concept of reproductive rights. Finally I analyzed the nature of the reproductive rights. Cognitive first for a right to define its nature, the reproductive rights is a basic human right, is privacy. Its core values are free.part II: With the development of the first feminist movement and the emergence of feminist jurisprudence, women reproductive rights will naturally be on the agenda and becomes more and more important; Secondly, it discusses the practical obstacles to achieving reproductive rights for women, including education, employment and other issues. Finally it elaborated to establish women's reproductive rights are important historical and realistic significance. Part III: Detailed analysis to establish women's reproductive rights, including the right to reproductive decisions, the right to security and protection of reproductive rights and reproductive information which is including the right way to choose birth, number of children and the right to choose the quality of reproductive choice.Part IV: Restrictions on female reproductive rights, the right once exist, and then it will have restrictions. Analysis of the first part of the legal basis for reproductive rights of women, followed by restrictions on the reproductive rights of women cited specific elements: due regard to the biological limits including those with serious genetic diseases of the female reproductive rights of persons with serious contagious diseases, and restrictions on the reproductive rights of women; restrictions on the right to choose birth; restrictions on the number of children.Part V: I realized the worth of support reproductive rights when finishing the evaluation of female reproductive rights and values to achieve security, in a comprehensive description of female reproductive rights, an objective evaluation about the value of this right. The value of that is divided into three levels of evaluation; firstly, I have a brief analysis about the value, Law value, the value of reproductive rights. Secondly, I talked about the exposition achieve cost; finally I analyzed and answer the rights and obligations of female reproductive should be equaled or not.
