A Brief Study On The Protection And Regulation Of The Autonomous Behavior

Now around the world, the government functions no longer presents the expansion situation. On certain responsibilities, the government is substituted with the vigorous social organization, which is undertaking the more and more social functions. This on the one hand is the result of the rational division between the government and the society, on the other hand also is the result of the people's self-support and self-determination. In China, the government has drawn up the motion summary to encourage the citizen and the societies'independence. In all shapes of social organization, the social autonomous organization is the most important one. For it remaining the government brand mark, how the social autonomous organizations display social functions exteriorly and how they prevent the abuses of authority interiorly is highly paid attention.The dissertation comprises three parts. In the first part, the concept and characteristics of social autonomous organization is elaborated to clear about the research object. In the second part, the author discusses the social conditions in which the autonomous organization grows vigorously, introduces the unique internal governance way in autonomous organization, then analyzes the autonomous organization's constitutional value, all which provides the basic field of vision for the solution to the protection and regulation of autonomous behavior. In the last part, the basic guiding ideology for the protection and regulation of autonomous behavior is established and the feasible standards at the technical aspects is proposed.
