On Violence In Families And Prevention Countermeasure Of Law

To prevent and stop violence in families is a synthetic social systems engineering, it needs not only legislation and a series of measures, but also people's transforming conception. Contraposing the disunion case of theory and reality of anti-violence in families, the author proceeds with the reason and the law, and discusses mainly the countermeasure. Depending on the latest social achievement and foreign successful experience, and the systems in our country, the author thinks it is necessary and feasible to make laws for anti-violence in families, the author also offers some suggestions on perfecting legislation and establishing network for it.In this thesis there are 4 respects to elaborate. First, to discuss the intension and research value on violence in families; Second, to analyse the actuality of violence in current Chinese families, to sum up concret manifestation and feature, and to dissect the historical, social, economical,mental and physiological reasons; Third, to review interrelated laws and offer concret suggestions for inadequate countermeasure; Fourth, to discuss violence in families and countermeasure, and offer some suggestions. The author thinks that in order to prevent violence in families in time, we have to make unitary laws, at the same time we have to perfect current interrelated laws to ensure the harmony and systematicness, such as to bring in protective systems and judicatory systems in civil laws and to perfect civil indemnification systems after divorcing on account of violence in families.
