The Research On The Value Of International Law Of Our Time

Nowadays the value of International law is an important problem in theoretical studies of it. In the macroscopic aspect, the value of International Law plays a meaningful and basic role in its existence and being believable. In the microcosmic aspect, the value of International law is the direct power of the development of it and is also the main guide of state conduct.Its advanced rational features are the basic of the important meaning of its theoretical studies. Its value will strongly make the subject system of International Law perfect and mature. At the same time, it can help people realize and grasp the nature of International Law and eliminate the various doubts on the problems of International Law.Owing to the value of International Law itself and the important theoretical meaning and practical value of its theoretical study, I choose this topic to write my bachelor thesis. It is composed of five chapters. I give the definitions of the "valve" and "the value of the law" in the angle of basic concept. And them I introduced the concept of the value of International Law and the researches of its characteristics. In the second chapter, I discussed the meaning and features of the value of International Law on the basic of the contents of the last chapter. The third chapter introduced the composition of the International Law. The value system is from the purpose of the United Nations Charter. The emphasis of this chapter is the specific explanation to the main content of International Law's value in the charter including order, justice, interest, peace, security and so on. The next chapter made an analysis of the Americans' view to the value of International Law. It would help people realize some phenomena about the problems of International Law in the international society. The main topic is the building of harmonious world in the last chapter. It also explains that the building of harmonious world. To promote urgently the development of International Law theory especially the realization of International Law value. As a responsible big country in the world, China should show our excellent cultural tradition and popularize our peaceful diplomatic policy. And also China will make contributions to the realization of harmonious world.
