The international order has always been a theoretical issue and a focal point in the field of international relations. The international order,as a reality, profoundly affects state actors in the international system. If the research on the international order follows the trend of "instrumentalism" in the Enlightenment era,it will inevitably fall into the guise of "power politics" and be difficult to distinguish itself. The thought and behavior of "hegemonism" will become inevitable product under this logic. At the same time, the evil of "anarchy" is unavoidable.Through the diachronic investigation of the concept of "order",we can find that the concept of "rational" is accompanied by it.When the state is still the main actor in the international system, and the assertion that "the state is a rational actor" becomes a sufficient reason for the state to maximize its own interests, facing the problems of international order in real politics,The study of order and its current transformation must return to the relationship between "rational","international order" and the state. Therefore,it is particularly necessary to redefine the concept of the international order based on "instrumental rationality" and "value rationality",and to observe the essence of the current international order transformation. The major power is the main force that affects the operation of the international order. The recognition of the role of the major power on the international order and the actions that the major power chooses during the transition of the international order jointly determine the type of international role of the major power. The resulting role practice not only reflects the international role of the major powers, but also profoundly affects the operation of the international order. Therefore,an in-depth examination of the formation of international roles of great powers and the types of international roles that exist in theory has become the way for majorpowers to establish their international roles. While China's rapid development has achieved its own goals,it has also caused Western countries, led by the United States,to worry about whether China will become a "revisionist" in the existing international order. The essence of this question is what kind of international role China is present in the transformation of the current international order, and whether China's international role practice meets the inherent requirements of this role type.Role conflict is a problem that big countries may encounter in the practice of international roles.Based on the types of role conflicts in role theory, exploring the status of role conflicts faced by China's international roles and putting forward countermeasures accordingly will help China to better perform role practices.Based on this, the design approach of this article is to reflect on mainstream theories,re-propose the definition of international order, and propose that the current international order transformation is the evolution of "institutional order" and " "Value order" reconstruction, according to the performance of the current international order transformation in real politics;secondly, based on the domestic roots formed by the international role, the international roots, the "state of state rationality",and the specific actions of the major powers in the transformation of the international order to derive the types of major powers' international roles, and analyze China's current international order International role in transformation.Thirdly, the research methods of text analysis and case analysis are used to examine whether China's role practice meets the internal requirements of its international role. Finally,it analyzes the status quo of role conflicts facing China and proposes solutions.
