Research On Tourism Regulation Laws

Tourism has become a real industry in China, as well as other countries of the world. In China, the government plays an important role in tourism, which elevates the tourism development. Regulation is the most important method to manage the market indirection, which works from the forward to afterward of the tourism. This research aims at the top three focuses in tourism regulation, in order to find the way to better.Tourism is a new word to most people. This paper defines the word firstly as an introduction and the foundation of this research. This paper discourses the meanings of tourism regulation in economic, law and their interaction.The first focus is the theory of tourism regulation. Its objective should be protecting the rights and interests of relevant subjects, and, its principle should be sustainable development of tourism. The second focus is the mode of regulation. This paper holds the view that both government and the tourism association should be the subject of regulation, which only differs in the detail functions. The government holds the functions relate to economic benefits and, the tourism association holds the functions relate to social benefits. The third focus is the legislation. The Tourism Law should be enacted as the lead of tourism regulation. Other relative statutes also should pay much attention to.This paper do research mainly though comparison method and histrionic method to analysis. I'm doing my best to make some break in the academic of tourism.
