The criminality's analysis is a subject including many fields, for example the law, the psychology, the behavior study and so on. As a result of each kind of case complexity, crime suspect's multiplicity, interrogation personnel's factor and other factors, the existing interrogation process has wasted the massive manpower and the physical resource frequently, moreover has the certain deviation. A completed large-scale information network has existed. So it's time we mine the knowledge hiding behind the massive services.This paper takes Criminal Interrogation assistance decision support system as research background. This system applies computer technology in the criminal interrogation entire process, including information management, process track, and the Data Mining on the base of the massive cases records.This paper introduces how the technology of Data Warehousing and Data Mining applies in criminal interrogation system in detail. The design has realized based on the improvement Decision Tree algorithm's Data Mining model; through importing a user interest concept, the improved ID3 Decision Tree algorithm has better flaws based on the entropy Decision Tree algorithm. The flaws appear in choosing attribute's value. And has carried on the analysis using the connection analysis method to the different case. The goal is carries on the data mining based on the data mining technology realization to the massive crimes recorded information, discovers in the massive cases data recording the latent rule, uses in measuring in the case each kind of factor the role which plays regarding the specific cases.At present, the technology about Data Warehousing and Data Mining obtain a successful application. The examples mainly concentrate in finance, insurance, trade domain, but effective applications are rarely seen in criminality analysis domain. This paper has provided a reasonable Data Mining model. Some useful rules have been got These rules agree with the expert knowledge. This paper is an effective application in criminal interrogation assistance decision support system.
