Research On Improving Governing Style Of Chinese Communist Party

The governing position of Chinese Communist Party (CCP)determines that CCP should apply the right governing style in order to realize its national leading role,basically fulfilled in the political aspect,which makes the Party to pay special concern to control the national regime,namely,to the pay special concern on its governing way.The research on the promoreion of the governing style of the Chinese Communist Party has theoretical and practical values,and serves as a new issue for the Party to construct socialism with Chinese features,and also acts as a new demand to reply with the changes of the international environments.This research can not only enrich and develop the Marxist political theories and perfect the theories foundation of the CCP's governing legitimacy,but also advancethe CCP's governing ability and improve the construction of national regime.Moreover,it can improve the construction of socialism with Chinese features to realize CCP's governing target.According to the theory summary both at home and abroad, governing style is the way the governing party to govern and control the use of public power, do the governing tasks and achieve the objectives of governing ways . It is impact with the state system, political system, political culture, the legal system and the impact of modern political parties. China History of the Communist Party of governing style can be divided into three stages, it is followed the scientific theory of Marxism and from the former Soviet Union and other socialist countries, and even the experience of the capitalist countries. The CCP`s governing characteristics including with the party`s leadership is a political, ideological, organizational leadership . The party's activities must be within the framework of Constitution and the law, strengthening the advanced activities; perfect right to the supervisory and regulatory mechanisms. But the CCP`S governing style still have some problems, such as the concept of governance ; too much concentrated in the right hands of the party organization;governing lack of legal norms. In the opening up period of the history, economic, political, cultural, and party building as well as international environment propose the promotion request, With the past 30 years ,the economic development achievements ;the achievements of the political system reform ; political culture developments are provide the conditions to achive the targets of governing in a scientific ,democratic manner and according to law. Improve the ways of the CCP`s governing should be included to establish a scientific concept of governance, improve the decision-making mechanism, straighten out the party and government relations, further improve the relationship between the party and the pepole comprehensively; push forward the modernization drive, and so on .
