The Construction Of Government Credibility In The Process Of Building Socialist Harmonious Society

Credibility is the basic norms of individual morality,but also the basic moral norms all social organizations should follow. Market economy is an economy based on credit,the higher the degree of market,the overall objective of social development of the credit is to be increased,it not only requires the economic mainstay of credit, legitimate business,but also for the national administrative body - the honesty and trustworthiness,administration according to the law . As the model in the community,organization and management,thus the integrity of the government credit system is the cornerstone of security and the integrity of the whole system of community-building which plays a guiding role. At present,China's economy is undergoing a period of social transition,from the overall perspective,the integrity of government is good,but with the transformation of the planned economic system to market economic system,as the weaknesses of the traditional culture, the lag of the concept of governance rule,the Government Selfishness and the reason of legal system and management system. The market economic system which have not yet sound provides the government and some civil servants with the opportunity of un-integrity,these phenomenon of government's lacking of integrity existing in middle in real economic activity, which has seriously affected the government at all levels should be in the public in the image of the health and economic and social development. Government, as the representative of the public interest, the public interest in the community is always the springboard of the government's action and decision-making , only to properly guide and resolve the highlight contradictions and effectively live up to"people-oriented", through the mutual trust between the government and the masses can be formed the entire social harmony. Therefore, being analyzing and discussing of the integrity of our government in the process of building a socialist harmonious society, having the great theoretical and practical significance of strengthening the building of social credit system and improving the socialist market economic system.Based on the theory of Marxism as a guide, drawing the relevant academic research results from the theory and practice of combining point of view, this article starts from the angle of integration of theory with practice, at the basis of analyzing the concept, content, nature, characteristics and theoretical of the credibility of the government, confirming the important meaning of the integrity of the government in the process of construction a harmonious society. And further analyzing the phenomenon of loss credibility in the government and the adverse consequences, analyzing of the root of the lack credibility, the last, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions of construction integrity of the government in building a socialist harmonious society.
