Research On Regional Frame Of The Party'Sconstruction In Urban Community

With the reformation and opening as well as the building and development of the socialistic market economy, especially with the city construction and the government administration, the city social structure and benefit situation have changed profoundly. Total transition of the economy and the society makes the disintegration of the system of unit. Various of news things such as public affairs'entering the community, the emergence of new economic organizations and plenty of floating Party members which largely have no administrative departments or definite depending relations, have weakened the control of the Communist Party. So our Party has much blank space and it is facing many challenges. In this case, how to build the Communist Party has become a significant subject and an important part of the Party's construction in its basic organizations.Tianning District of Changzhou, Jiangsu where the writer lives lies in the center of one of the cities in the Yangtze delta. Over the past few years, it has constantly made some explorations in the construction of the Communist Party in urban community. Based on the practices and explorations in it in our own country and abroad, the thesis explores the developmental frame and direction of the construction of the Party in urban community. It introduces the governance theory popular at present and the Internet managing theory, and combines the creative efforts– regional frame-- made in this area in the recent years, aiming at producing a new situation in the construction of the Communist Party in urban community. The thesis consists of six parts. The preface introduces the reality, methods and meaning of the research of the party's construction in urban community. Chapter one sets forth the concept, history, experience and looks back at the practical work in Tianning Community of Changzhou City. Based on the governance theory popular at present and the Internet managing theory, and after some necessary theoretical statements, the thesis closely combines governance structure, Internet management and regional frame of the construction of the Communist Party in urban community. Chapter two introduces the practices and efforts in constructional frame in Tianning Community of Changzhou City, and analyses and studies its reasons and background, rules and principles, practices and experiences. Chapter three analyses such problems as unclear identification, contradictory structure and shortage of supply which are exposed in the construction of the Communist Party in the area. Chapter four is mainly about the thoughts to improve and directions of development. The last chapter puts forward with some specific suggestions and methods to improve in the future. Finally, the thesis makes a conclusion about the future problems.
