Community Regionalization Party Building Leads The Research On Urban Grassroots Governance

The community is the basic unit cell of the city,the harmony and stability of the community is the foundation of the urban society.Along with the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up process,the socialist market economic system has gradually improved,the urbanization process has been accelerating,the government functions have been accelerated,the social structure has undergone profound changes,the urban management focus has gradually shifted,and the community residents’ service needs have become increasingly personalized and Diversification.grassroots social governance faces enormous challenges,urban community party organizations also face many new situations and problems in leading the city’s grassroots governance.Under this circumstance,how can the Communist Party of China,as the ruling party,strengthen the construction of urban grassroots party organizations,Giving play to the core role of leadership to cope with the increasingly complex urban grassroots governance needs is a new topic that must be faced under the new social and historical conditions.Therefore,it is imperative to give full play to the political functions and service functions of community party organizations,strengthen political leadership and serve the masses,and promote the modernization of urban grassroots social governance.In recent years,the author’s C area focuses on the regional Party construction,vigorously promotes community-based regional Party construction work,and explores various pragmatic management carriers and mechanisms for urban grassroots governance,and strives to improve the level of urban grassroots social governance.Certain results have been achieved,but at the same time,there are still problems such as the fact that the regional party organization system is not yet sound and perfect,the joint force of co-construction and common governance needs to be further strengthened,and the participation of community residents is still insufficient.Combining with the actual work,I take the exploration practice of community-based Party construction in the C district to lead the urban grassroots governance as an example,combing and summarizing the current situation and experience of the community-based Party construction in the C district to lead the urban grassroots governance,and analyze the existing problems.With the help of public management theory,we draw on the typical experience and mature model of absorbingShanghai’s and Beijing’s Party construction to lead the city’s grassroots governance,and in combination with the actual situation of the C area,innovatively propose to build a community-based Party construction community,and build a“power spindle”through the construction of the whole region.We will build a"red square"for the region,and tighten the cross-domain sharing"linking ties",highlighting Party construction leadership,multi-party synergy,basic support,up and down linkage,open integration,global follow-up,building regional coordination,sector coordination,We will build a new pattern of urban grassroots Party construction in the common governance and promote the modernization of urban grassroots governance,with a view to creating a new situation in the community-based Party construction in the C zone to lead the city’s grassroots governance.
