A Study About China's System Of Regional Ethnic Autonomy On The Practice

System of regional ethnic autonomy is a basic political system in China and a political form. Under the unified leadership of nation, based on ethnic neighborhood ,all the minority nationalities establish ethnic autonomous areas, autonomous organ and exercises the autonomous right to fulfill the dream that all races of people are master of their own affairs and manage this nationality internal affair. Practice that since we established and stuck to the system of regional ethnic autonomy about fifty years has proved that we have made a series of achievements and accumulated rich experiences , which has provide convenient for us to further adhere to the system of regional ethnic autonomy. 2007 is the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.2008 is the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The superiority of the system of regional ethnic autonomy is embodied fully in ethnic minority areas. To make the system of regional ethnic autonomy developed and perfected more smoothly in China, all races of people can gain more interests to fulfill the goal of building a socialism harmonious society. This paper starts with the practice of the system of regional ethnic autonomy, summarizes the significance and content of the system of regional ethnic autonomy in China, aggregates the course of practice of the system of regional ethnic autonomy in China, and analyzes the achievements and lectures we have gained in the course of practice, and discusses the challenges that the system of regional ethnic autonomy will face in the new era. This paper has given several suggestion to further stick to and perfect the system of regional ethnic autonomy and build socialism harmonious society. There are four parts in this paper.The first part has elaborated connotation and significance our system of regional ethnic autonomy. System of regional ethnic autonomy in China is important to enrich and develop the Marxist theory of the state and the races, resolve the racial issue .The second part has summarized the developmental course and practical lectures of our system of regional ethnic autonomy. The process of China's system of regional ethnic autonomy can be divided into the formation, the full implementation of the development and improvement of twists and turns perfectly ,which can be called as four times. The lectures that we implement system of regional ethnic autonomy include that we must keep the central leadership and mtegration of ethnic autonomous areas ,the economic and social development of ethnic autonomous areas, combining the help of state ,the help of developed areas and self-reliance of ethnic areas ,we must start with the character and facts of ethnic minority areas .The third part has analyzed the achievements we implement the system of regional ethnic autonomy from the government, national unity, and economic and social development and also the challenge we will face from international, domestic and economic cultural aspects.The fourth part has emphasized to elaborate that further perfect the system of regional ethnic autonomy is meaningful to build socialism harmonious society in politics ,society and economy .At the same time ,we have made more high demand to the system of regional ethnic autonomy to build socialism harmonious society.
