The Research On The Ideological And Political Education, Which Are Based On The Humanistic Philosophy, To The Grass-roots Units Of Armed Police

Education is a kind of thought management. The management is a kind of behavior education. The key of management is thought management. The human is one of main essential factors of social organizations. There is the problem of human education administration where there are humen. How to effectively implements the education administration, is always a topic of great value in the theory and the practice.Under the new situation, the social environment which the armed police faced has greatly changed, which brought many new problems to ideological and political education. However, the root of new situation comes from human and new problems are also initiated by human's change. Political cadres are facing the important subjects of paying attentions to human, utilizing new ideas and methods to solve these new problems. The grass-root unit is the foundation of the army construction. It is important realistically and objectively to explore the political education characteristic rule under the new situation.Firstly, this article expatiates on some notes about human-oriented theory, demand theory, drive theory and thought political education of human-oriented concept in the management science, which provides the theory support for the research. Thus, with many kinds of investigations, the ideological and political education character, the present situation and the existed questions are analyzed and researched to gain the reasons. It provides the working background and the service objects for application of this paper. On the ground of it, at a humanism angle, the ideological political education of grass-root units of the armed police is deeply and concretely researched. Finally, with case analysis, we confirmed the effect of the ideological political education of human-oriented in the application of grass-roots of armed police.The innovation of the article is to use management science theory and humanistic philosophy to analyze the thought education of grass-root units. This is different from other army management research.
