A Study Of Ideological And Political Education In The Practice Of Grassroots Consultation In China

Electoral democracy and Deliberative democracy are two important ways of socialist democracy.Grass-roots deliberative democracy is the foundation of China’s Deliberative democracy institutional development.The existing grassroots autonomy model is affected by traditional customs,democratic consciousness,leadership styles,decision-making mechanisms,it’s already can’t meet the people’s requirements.Therefore,the deliberative democracy in grass-roots came into being,it promoted the development of grass-roots democracy construction,but some problems appears,like the people are lack of enthusiasm,the status of the subjects not equal,the subjects are lack of rationality,and so on.Those problems hider the development of deliberative democracy seriously.The final analysis,the reason for the above problems has both economic and cultural development level related systems and mechanisms,also related with the level of rule by law is not high and lack of policy support,among them,as the main body of the negotiation,the problem of people’s ideological understanding and the concept of rights are not to be ignored.The people’s ideological understanding does not reach the designated position,than the consultation can’t reach the goal.The people’s enthusiasm are not so high,the quality of consultation must be bad,or no results.So,ideological and political education is extremely important,it should be do more better.Through the ideological and political education,enhancing people’s awareness of rights,democratic consciousness,improving people’s passion.This is a driving force to developing grass-roots consultations.This passage is based on reading a lot of literature,combed the research status of western deliberative democracy theory,have a detailed understanding about the domestic deliberative democracy in the grass-roots,combined with it’s development reality and requirements,I did a systematic study about ideological and political education of the deliberative democracy in the grass-roots practice.
