The Study On Reform Of Ideological And Political Education In The Grass-roots Units Of Armed Police Forces In Information Age

Ideological and political education is lifeline of army building,very important and variable.In informational age,propelling reform of ideological and political education in the grass-roots units of armed police forces to conform it to the trend of time and be vigorous is guarantee to the objective of building a strong army and the foundation engineering,which ensure grass-roots units to complete mission.How to cultivate a consciousness of information and propel innovation and reform of ideological and political education to remain vigorous applying informational technology,which is a new subject to us.Innovation and reform of ideological and political education is a process of abolishing disadvantage and making progress.Recently,ideological and political education has made outstanding progress.At the same time,there are many problems,such as,the education does not match with the current information age,and lack in time and charisma.So,propelling reform of ideological and political education,must be close to the information age requirements,and strive to solve real problem.That will motivate and shape soldiers well.In this paper,I take grass-roots units of armed police force in Hebei province as study object,and consider on the present situation of ideological and political education,and refer to domestic and foreign research results and practical experience,do systematic research on the reform of ideological and political education,according to “raise a problem-analysis problem-solve problem” train of thought.Aim at the function of ideological and political education,this paper puts forward countermeasures to the problems of establishing mechanism for the overall planning,information serve mechanism,talent team construction mechanism,joint participation mechanism,continuous reform mechanism.I hope it will provide theoretical support and reference to the reform.
