The issue of "Agriculture, countryside, and the farmer" is the one that of central subjects the scholars always pay attention to . The agricultural progress, rural community's vicissitude, and the farmer life style's transformation is the reflection and the miniature of the development and the evolution of Chinese society and political. As the farmer is the basic unit of peasant household-producing, the life and the contact, it is the key of this research .To research the motive and the behavior of the peasant household is important to understand and know the issue of "Agriculture, countryside, and the farmer" .The issue is based on the theory of "the socialized farmer" ,and takes Wu Jiaping the village as a case, and take irrigation dispute as a breakthrough point, attempts through the ordinary event's descripted and analysed occurring daily to inspect the peasant household's behavior motive and making choice of producing, living and contacting.This article is trying to use the method of "process - event", to analysing peasant household 's dispute. After "traces deeply" the irrigating-dispute which occurs in the entire process,, this article analyzes the new characteristic of the mediating-mechanism in village's dispute ,which is under the socialized background, as well as the influence of village authoritative vicissitude function on peasant household's behavior choice and locality water conservation order.At present, it is still lacked system's research of irrigating-dispute in our country, and is specially rarer research based on the peasant household angle. It is hoped that through this article, it can provide some useful points to thorough development of the related research..
