Problems In The Building Of College Students' Party Organization And The Solutions

A basic organization of the Communist Party is the base of the Party's work and battle effectiveness, and also the base of the Party's administration. A basic party organization in college students is the base for young college students to exert their creativity, cohesive force and battle effectiveness. In the new historical era, strengthening the building of college students' Party organization will help to enlarge the Party's mass basis among young college students, to attract more and excellent college students into the Party, to cultivate more Party members who wish to serve the country and the people, and to enhance the administrative competence and level of colleges' Party organization.However, with the change of the domestic and international situations and the development of the colleges themselves, there has been an increase in student party members and an extension in the scale and amount of the basic party organizations, as a result of which some new problems and challenges have followed. It is urgent to probe new ideas and approaches as to how to strengthen the building of the basic party organizations in college students. Facing these problems, the author of this dissertation first illustrates the necessity and importance for the strengthening, and then offers an overall analysis to the problems and their causes, which is followed by some solutions to the question in discussion.
