Current Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Party Building For College Students

It is a basic policy and an important task for the construction of the Party organization of the Communist Party of China to absorb outstanding members from young students to join the Communist Party of China.College students' grass-roots Party organizations are an important bridge for the Party to closely connect with the vast number of young students,as well as an important base for training and bringing up outstanding builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the work of student party building.Under the unified deployment of the Party Central Committee,the work of student party building in Colleges and universities plays an excellent role as a battle fortress for grass-roots Party organizations.At present,with the deepening of reform and opening up,profound changes have taken place in the situation of the world,the country,the Party and the school.The complexity and uncertainty of the international situation have increased.China's economic and social development is facing more new problems and challenges.It is arduous to strictly administer the Party in an all-round way.A NEW round of reform in Colleges and universities has put forward higher requirements for personnel training.Under this background,the grass-roots party building of college students is facing more and more challenges.In the face of new problems,it is urgent to explore new ideas and ways of Party building at the grass-roots level for students.This is the main purpose of this study.This paper focuses on literature research and combines interviews and case analysis.The main body of the paper is composed of introduction and text.In the introduction part,the feasibility of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations for college students is emphasized.The main contents are: research background and significance,research status at home and abroad as well as research ideas,research methods and possible innovations and shortcomings of the article.The first part of the body is an overview of the Party building at the grass-roots level among college students.It focuses on clarifying the connotation and extension of Party organizations,Party organizations at the grass-roots level and college students' grass-roots Party organizations,clarifying the main contents and functions of the construction of College Students' grass-roots Party organizations,and providing theoretical support for later writing.The second part of the text,on the basis of literature research and interviews,analyses the current situation of college students' Party building.On the basis of summarizing the achievements,it focuses on the analysis of the main problems and causes of the current college students' Party building from six aspects: politics,ideology,organization,style,discipline and system construction.In the third part of the text,aiming at the main problems existing in students' Party building at the grass-roots level in the new period,on the basis of literature research,combined with collecting and sorting out some new exploratory cases of students' Party building in some domestic universities since the 18 th National Congress,the author tries to explore the current countermeasures to strengthen students' Party building at the grass-roots level from the six aspects mentioned above.
