On The Construction Of The Harmonious Relationship Of Civil Rights And State Power

The balance and harmony of Civil Rights and State Power are the important symbols of the social civilization and development. Because our country is influenced by Traditional Concepts and the Planned Economic System, Civil Rights ans State Power are in an unbalanced condition, in some way, they prevent our society from developing and progressing harmoniously. At present, how to correctly define the connotation and the relationship of Civil Rights and State Power, how to correctly divert and solve the contradiction and conflict between Civil Rights and State Power, it is a necessary solved problem to realize the harmonious relationship of Civil Rights and State Power which is the condition of Democracy and Rule of Law, and Justice, to realize the grand goal of the harmonious society. Guided by Maxism, with our national conditions, this thesis explores the Path Selection of the harmonious relationship of the constructing Civil Rights and State Power which is on the main line in our contemporary China.This thesis consists of four parts:Part One, Introduction. It introduces the meanings of studying this thesis and the researching review about this thesis at home and abroad, analyzes the writing ideas and the lack of innovation.Part Two briefly discusses the definition, characteristics, the relationship of Civil Rights and State Power, the Targets and the Principles on constructing the relationship of them.Part Three starts with the perspective of the theory. Firstly it summarizes the historical experiences on constructing the relationship of Civil Rights and State Power; then analyzes the western countries' ideas and systems of them; at last it gives a summary about the theoretic basis on Maxist Theory on constructing Civil Rights and State Power in contemporary China.Part Four especially explores the Path Selection of Civil Rights and State Power from four aspects: seriously training the awareness of Civil Rights, building good Constitutional Models; constructing perfect Rights Monitoring System; vigorously developing Civic Organizations.
