People's natural attributes of the community, not only means that people can participate in social life and share resources, but also have to take the relevant social responsibility. Thus, salvation to the disadvantaged, who are trapped in the crisis of survival and development, should be taken into consideration from the viewpoint of law instead of from morality only. This paper, based on the ideas of protection of human rights and social cooperation, dealt with under the methodology of empirical analysis and value analysis, will offer a deeper thinking on the jurisprudent significance of the obligation of salvation concerning with laws. Since there have been obligation of salvation in different fields, there are threes ways of salvation carrying three different meanings. A thorough research of the previous issues in this paper proves that obligation of salvation should be shared reasonably according to the different characteristics of the objects, namely the nation, the society and the individual. Meanwhile, necessary attempts on the extent of the legal obligation of salvation have been done so that the rights of the disadvantaged can be better maintained and secured.
