Since human being always have been paying attention to the political power because of its important social effect, the social problem of the operation of political power has become one of the most popular topics discussed among politicians, philosophers and sociologists. According to the analysis of the political power and discussion about the ethical principles of political power operation, the thesis tries to give some advice on restricting power corruption from the perspective of the morality of political power. This thesis is divided into four parts. The introductory part provides the theoretical and practical basis for choosing the topic of study and the line of writing. Chapter one gives the definitions, contents and characteristics of power and political power and proves the morality of the political power and the operation of political power. Based on the morality of the operation of political power, the ultimate goal of the operation of political power and the valuable idea of the operation of political power, chapter two concerns on three principles of the operation of political power, following as the principle of public good, the principle of individual right and the principle of justice. This part gives the definitions and contents of such concepts and requirements to the implementation of the principles. Public good contains economic community, political community, cultural community and social relations, which is public, shared and nonprofit. Its principle should stick to the rule of service, the rule of "the most people" and the rule of efficiency. Individual rights are that individual person shares the limit of authority, freedom, interest within the scope of the social law and ethics, including the rights of life, property and politics. Its principle asks the owners of the power to protect the individual interest and differentiate the scope of the power. Justice includes the fairness of the starting point, the fairness of process and the fairness of result. Its principle asks it to unify the procedural justice and real justice in the operation of political power. Chapter three concerns on the value, dilemma and conditions of carrying out the principles. We should improve the external supervising system and the quality of the owners of political power.
