In1971,Harvard University professor of philosophy Rawls published" a theoryof justice",the new liberalism became the nineteen seventies the mainstream westernacademic thoughts. As established in the theory of social contract basis,the bookquickly became a philosophy,ethics,politics,law and other fields of the maindiscussion topic. In this book,Rawls inherited the tradition of liberalism,especiallythe social contract theory,based on individual rights as the core to construct the rightsjustice theory or the theory of social justice. He puts forward," justice is the primaryvalue of the social system,as the truth is the chief value of ideological system". Thecommunitarian on Rawls’s theory of justice were fierce criticism. The communitariancritique view and perspective for its unique and popular people ’s attention. Somescholars even think,at nineteen ninties,in western academic circles have formed theliberalism and Communitarianism and opposing two major mainstream faction.Therefore,the communitarianism critique of Rawls justice theory and detailed textualresearch appears has the theory significance and the practice significance.This paperintroduces the generation,nationalism thought theory premise and the definition ofcommunity.
