With the establishment of socialist market economic structure and reform and opening up, China's economy has made rapid development. At the same time, traditional agricultural economic structure is being gradually broken, and the country's industrialization and urbanization process is accelerating, the rural labor force freed from the land, a large number of surplus rural labor flooded into cities, This formed a huge peasant-workers group, especially after the start of the 1990s, the floating population growing not only in size, its structure has also changed greatly. Market economy is competition-based economy, its essence, "the survival of the fittest", so in the reform process there have been a large number of the unemployed.Because his or her parents come off sentry duty or flow into the city from the countryside, the children of vulnerable groups have to put up the bad environment of study and awful living conditions. For the social mainstream culture, in order to maintain the culture privileged position, it often repels or discriminates against some kind of different to itself, and tries to cause this kind of environmental personality to become some kind of the prejudice community image fixedly, therefore the social image of the children of the vulnerable groups receives the distortion, the studies achievement and individual development also come under the influence. For the unemployed people and the peasant-workers, because of deficiency of social capital, there is a huge influence to their children's education. Although the children enjoy the equal treatment of matriculation opportunity, but in the city, the other relatively wealthy community already shifted the interest to the pursue education personal status, it makes its children to enjoy the good quality education resources, but the children of the vulnerable groups can not. In fact, the appearance of Select-school students is a kind of unfair on education. The children enter a higher school and enter a better school, except for the ability of themselves, the guardian's social relations, economic capacity play a more important role, the vulnerable groups often lack of selectivity, and different social classes in the urban create a more and more unfair environment.As the vulnerable groups in the city, the peasant-workers and the unemployed have the high similarity in the urban situation, this thesis mainly uses the empirical study method to analyze the influence of the social capital to the children's matriculation opportunity, and find the inner link between the children's education and their parents' social capital. This thesis has analyzed the influence of the vulnerable groups' social capital to their children's matriculation opportunity, then has analyzed the influence of vulnerable groups' social capital to the manner of children in education process; Mainly considered the arrangement of the seats situation, the manners of the teachers and the schoolmates to the children. At last, the thesis analyzed the influence of the social capital to the quality of education.Through the research on the influence of the vulnerable groups' society capital to children's education, can help people have a comprehensive understanding to the influence of the vulnerable groups' society capital to the children's education, provides the objective basis for us to adjust our police on this problem. Therefore we should strengthen the rescue dynamics, avoids the negative influence of the social capital to the education. Enables the students of the different family background accept the education equally, realizes the fairness of education, thus promotes the entire society Develops harmoniously.
