A Study On Employment Of Vulnerable Group In Urban In China

With the furthering of economy system reform and the progressing of marketing in China, vulnerable group in urban of difficult position in obtain employment is gradually coming out. Vulnerable Group in the context mostly includes laid-off and unemployed persons. Their ability of getting a job is lower, so they cannot be free themselves from employment and life difficult position by market regulating. If the present from conditions is not changed, it will have a bad effect on society stabling. How to satisfy their demands for jobs has become the hot issues in our country and abroad, as well as one of the most important thongs which are closely related to the success of reform and what's more, the stably developing of our country.In the thesis, firstly, I gave the definition of vulnerable group in urban area in the country. And I explained why it was very important to study this issue.Secondly, by analyzing the reasons how so much people in economy life slipped down vulnerable group, I explained what the vulnerable group poor states is and find out the job space.At last, on the base of analyzing the obstacle of support policy, I put forward my suggestions to our government in both macroeconomic strategy and specific policy, which were about how to help more vulnerable group people find jobs and how to ensure their legal privilege in all sides of life.
