Population aging is one of the outstanding phenomenons of the society which people face in 21st century. It raises many problems that were paid a high attention on world. The expert estimated in our country in 21st century middles, the aged over sixty years old will achieve about 400,000,000, approximately compose the Asian old age gross population 36%, and compose world old age gross population 22.3%. The population of the aged in our country is so large scale; its development is so quickly, advanced age population is so much, that these are unprecedented in the world population history. The leisure problems of the aged with so rich leisure time urgently need solution in the aging process of the Chinese society.Leisure is one of the most important things during people's lives, especially the aged. The aged have more money and more time taking leisure. The ages should know that the old stage is must gone though. They should face the high age more positive, and their lives more meaningful. The old age market known as the seniors market is very potential for development, especially the elderly leisure market. In short, the leisure behavior research of the aged has a very important significance of the elderly themselves, the family, the community and the social. At the same time, the research of leisure behavior is the important contents of the leisure studies and the aged study. The study pursuits for the general characteristics and laws of the aged and provides supports for the related researches.This paper takes Zhengzhou City for example, with field observation and studying of an entire 120 gram sample, and the result are about as follows: (1) the aged prepare outdoor leisure; most of elderly population has chosen healthy and intellectual activities, such as behaviors of improving health. (2) They take more leisure activities in spring and autumn. (3) They have high satisfaction degree and not high quality of leisure life, and so on. And then give some suggestions from people, families, and social aspects based on the results of research.
