Practical Research On The Improvement Of Leisure Life Quality Of Urban Professional Women

Housewife is an important part of the female group in China.The society pays attention to such issues as child care and the completion of housework,and ignores its main needs for leisure life.In fact,research on the leisure life of housewives helps to change the traditional lifestyle of housewives,helps housewives to carry out free leisure activities,expands their social circle,and improves the quality of life of housewives;Conflicts among members promote social interpersonal harmony.Therefore,this article intends to do practical research on the improvement of leisure life of urban family women.This article adopts social survey and research methods,taking the household women group in A community of Suzhou City as the survey object,using interviews and participatory observation methods to collect and organize data,describe the leisure life of domestic women,and explore the characteristics and problems of their leisure activities;and Take the "Joyful Life Public Welfare Class for Women" project as an example,and step in from the perspective of professional social work,with a view to increasing the awareness of leisure activities of women in the home,experience the fun of leisure activities,and solve their problems in leisure activities.The survey results show that housewives have more leisure time,but most housewives are not satisfied with the current leisure life.There are many problems in housewife leisure activities,which are mainly reflected in the lack of hobbies and interpersonal activities.As well as low participation in self-improving activities,women's leisure activities are more singular,and their leisure life appears monotonous and tedious.In this regard,this article uses the development model to intervene in the leisure life of domestic women,and uses group work theory methods to carry out hobbies,interpersonal and self-development group activities to solve the problems of domestic women in leisure activities and enrich the leisure of domestic women.Life and improve their quality of leisure life.Finally,this article summarizes the practical experience and shortcomings of group work,and hopes to provide reference and reference for future social work in leisure life.
