Study On Antimonopoly Law Regulations Of Related Corporations

Along with our country's modern enterprise system's carrying out, market economy's gradual establishment and consummates, as well as the gradual trial connection about our country's economy and international economy, related corporations have been a more and more important economic and legal phenomenon in modern economy. Related corporation's development is very important to expand our country's economic strength, however, because of the related corporations' special characteristic, the related corporations often adapt many kinds of behaviors to eliminate or limit market competition, and these behaviors have harmed the order of the fair market competition, and the social economy benefit as well as consumer's benefit. In order to maintain the order of the fair market competition, and expand our country's economic strength, therefore, we should send it into the adjustment field of vision of Antimonopoly law. The article took the related corporations, monopoly, and the Antimonopoly law elementary theory as a foundation, promulgated the relations of the related corporations and the Antimonopoly law. Then proposed some methods to these behaviors from three aspects. At last the article discussed the legal liability about the related corporations. From the above study, the article get a deep understanding from a new angle of view from the Antimonopoly law to the related corporations, similarly, regulations to the related corporations by the Antimonopoly law to be able to maintain the order of the fair market competition, expand our country's economic strength, from the studies of the regulations to the related corporations, we can get a new and deep understanding of the Antimonopoly law, and make it display its proper value and the potency in the greatest degree. Therefore, to combine the studies of both conducts have an important practice and theory significance.
