Survey On Traffic Accident Crime Of SanMenXia City

Traffic accident crime is conduct which result in death or serious injuries or a major loss of public and private property in the transport process, becouse of the violation of transport regulations. It is one of the most ordinary and representative unintentional crime , which pose a serious security threat to people's life and health and property. In view of this, the author of this article visited the Sanmenxia City Intermediate People's Court Studing Department and Sanmenxia Traffic Authority propaganda, and had a discussion with the relevant personnel, looked into the relevant files and statistical information ,obtained the first-hand information. On the basis of discussion and looking into files ,the author investigated and analyzed the current situation and reasons for the local traffic accident crime ,and presented several problems about Sanmenxia City People's Court in dealing with traffic accident crime ,studied preventive measures and ways to solving problemes. This paper is divided into three parts:The first chapter is about the reality and reasons analysis of Sanmenxia City traffic accident crime .This part mainly focuses on the survey on Sanmenxia's traffic accident crime. The author summarized the trends of the local traffic accident crime ,and analyzed the reasons for the current trends .Chapter II is about several problems about Sanmenxia Cout in dealing with traffic accident crime .This part mainly focuses on the judictive and legislative problems encountered in the judictive process .Chapter III is about the study on preventive measures and solutions to the problems of Sanmenxia City's traffic accident crime. In this part ,the author associated with the reality of Sanmenxia City's traffic accident crime and the problems about Sanmenxia Court, presented the preventive measures and the ways to solving problems.
