The Study On The Urban Female Values Of The Unemployed And The Semi-employed Under Social Transformation

At present, China is found in a new era of social transformation . which has great impact on Chinese social structure , and will surely have a continuous effect on each aspect of social lives , such as ecnomy , politics and culture , the thinking modes and the living habits as well . A mass of unemployment occurs in such periods ,which lead to various values issues simultaneously . Only when profoundly comprehend current values' situation of the unemployed and the semi-employed about female in cities , and pay differently attention to Ideological and political work , can we activate extensively and fully all positive factors , ensure socialist reform going on wheels for the purpose of which can Promote the Development of Socialist Harmonious Society.This articles mainly adopt the method of combining the theory with practice , study on the related document on the basis of social investigation , analysis the values' expression of the unemployed and the semi—employed on urban female . Afterwards , probe some reasonalbe methods to guide right sense of value . By researching, this paper proposes that the vast majority of the unemployed and the semi—employed female have an upwardtrend values on ecnomy , politics and virtue , but no exception for some negative,even fault ones that should be recify . Hereby , this article put forward some thoughts to conduct their values : first of all , we should lead them to form scientific values through Ideological and political work ; Secondly , construct favorable environment to cultivate good values via flawless policy and legislation . Finally , we should establish social support system,featured by help—each other mode ,to cultivate ascription to our society for them.
