An Attempt To Study The Phyilosophical Basis Of Constructing Socialist Harmonious Society

Building a harmonious society, as human being's ideal handed down from age to age, is a hot topic in today's society. This thesis, first of all, discusses the essence of socialist harmonious society and points out that one of the social features is its property of structure. A harmonious society is endowed with a harmonious relationship between men and nature, between men and society, between men themselves and between the social structure and its own systems. The idea of building socialist harmonious society embodies profound philosophical theories. On the basis of discussion on the related philosophical theories in China and the western world, respectively, the thesis holds that Marxist theory that human should be the basis of everything is the indispensable theoretical sources of constructing socialist harmonious society. Finally the thesis points out that constructing socialist harmonious society must be transferred from the theoretical practice to the social practice and that the whole society can maintain an orderly and harmonious state as long as all the fields and aspects in economy, politics, culture, and social life can be closely related and coordinate with each other.
