Study On Present Situation, Flaw And Perfection Of The Community Correction System In China

Using for reference to the beneficial experience of the countries that their community correction system has developed early, the system are more perfect, and we can widen the field of our vision, develop our mentality, thus, it will provide new nourishing to the community correction system for our country in future.This article introduce the experiment and extension to the community correction system in China, analyzed the flaw which the community correction faced at present and analyzed its reason, and proposed the basic conception which can perfect the community correction system. The innovation mainly includes the following several aspects in this article: First, the execution main body of the community correction system; Second, the professionalism and the specialized degree of the community correction system troops; Third, non-official organization development and social participation; Final, surveillance of the work to the community correction. I proposed the basic conception which can perfect the community correction system aimed at the flaw and the insufficiency of the community correction system at present in China.
