The International Institutional Resource In International Political Resource

Resource is foundation of human being's survival and developing. As the growth of economy and technology, people's idea about resource is also developing. The connotation of resource is expanding. Resource has two types, natural resource and social resource.International institutional resource belongs to social resource. The standards of social resource are the following characteristics. Firstly, it has use value. Secondly, it has compatibility. Thirdly, it is precious. So we know international institutional resource belongs to social resource.International institutional resource is institutional source of international actors' strategic objects. The material carriers of international institutional resource are international regimes, international organizations, and international practices.International institutional resource belongs to international political resource. Firstly, international institutional resource is the unity of hard political resource and soft political resource. Secondly, international institutional resource is systematic resource. Thirdly, international institutional resource is longtime resource.This dissertation has five parts. The first part is introduction. The second part is the definition and characteristics of international institutional resource. The third part is about the ideas of international institutional resource from Realism, Institutionalism, and Constructivism. The fourth part is the relations between international institutional resource and international political resource. International institutional resource has two attributes. On one hand, international institutional resource belongs to international political resource; On the other hand, international institutions are good tools for developing international political resource. The effect of researching on international institutional resource is my fifth part.
