The social justice issues is one prominent issue which the contemporary socialist countries facing in the process of reform and open policy and social transformation. People are more concerned about social justice issues. How to deal with social justice issues not only relates the value orientation of the socialist construction and the reform and open policy, moreover relates the stability of society the political and the ruling status of the socialist ruling party. At present, the research of China's scholars on Vietnam, Laos, North Korea, Cuba deal with the issues of social justice still at an early stage, also does not have specific papers and books of Vietnam, Laos, North Korea, Cuba deal with the social justice issues. Social justice is the standards of whether the ruling party governing for the people. For the contemporary socialist countries, all kinds of injustice phenomenon has its historical inevitability because they are all still in the primary stage of socialism, but socialist countries should realize social justice to the maximum extent possible. System construction is the protection of the maintenance and realization of social justice, and developments, and reformation is the fundamental way to maintain and realize social justice.
