Reflection And Reconstruction Of The Current Legal Education System

The thesis is intended to research training mode of legal talents through discussion about China's current legal education system. The first part of this thesis firstly introduces historical background and the status quo of China's current legal education and discusses main problems in China's current legal education system. Then the thesis discusses legal profession and effects of features of legal profession on education mode of legal profession, namely features of legal profession should be taken into consideration when establishing talents training modes. The third part expounds macrographic background and demand of the times. It researches and discusses from two aspects: one is demand of training mode of legal talents against the background of global law and order and overseas training mode of legal talents; the other is trend of innovation and development of legal education. The fourth part of this thesis discusses reconstruction of legal education mode by analyzing and comparing China's current legal education mode and concrete legal education mode in Britain and Germany. Then the author puts forwards the reconstruction of legal education mode from the aspect of concept, namely we can achieve the goal that legal education in China will train professional and versatile elite by means of optimizing our training mode of legal talents with an integrative and staged education mode, including elementary education, practical education, deep education and elite education.
