The great thirty years of“Reform&Open”in China is also companied by theprosperous growth of legal education and profession,during this particularly goldenperiod,the legal undertaking in China has improved largely.However,with the blindexplosion of legal education,the legal profession is prone to Business creed,Utilitarianism and Instrumentalism gradually,the direct impact is disconnectionamong the legal education and profession,without doubt,this phenomenon isnegative.Worrying about all above,the author decides to pursue the proper transitionbetween legal education and profession,in order to provide aid to the diligent Chineseuniversity legal students,to betray the true value of the numerous Law Schools,topropel the law function and in the end make constructive contribution to the“Rule ofLaw”.In the1stchapter,the author reveals the genuine relation between legal educationand profession with the purpose to establish the target and orientation for this article.With putting forward the significance&value for combining legal education&profession smoothly from vast eyesight,the author wishes us to know the necessityand obligation of this task.In the2ndchapter,the author leads us to be modest to learnfrom some model countries which are being ruled by law.Analyzing and concludingthe precious experience of Britain,German,Japan,The USA,and Australia,we couldsuccessfully refine,compare and seek for the best modes or models which are fit forChina.In the3rdchapter,the author takes3typical examples concerning the transitionbetween legal education and profession in China.From the unhealthy training processof Judges,Prosecutors,lawyers and other legal consultants,we could find theproblem inside the process which just is our target.In the4thchapter,with the studyof typical countries and the conclusion of present transition in China,the author triesto put forward several wise&well methods from3different angels in order to combine the two core subjects scientifically&successfully.With such low-cost legalconstruction and accumulation,ultimately,the holy dream of“Rule of law”would notbe a myth.
